Yesterday was my dear friends wedding and I was so happy to have witnessed it. Nothing was more sweeter than seeing her walk down the aisle looking at the love of her life. All while singing Monica’s ‘angel of mine’ song, very creative and beautiful. These two are special and I can’t wait to see their love evolve.

You don’t need another human being to make your life complete, but let’s be honest. Having your wounds kissed by someone who doesn’t see them as disasters in your soul but, cracks to put their love into is the most calming thing in this world. — Emery Allen
My dearest friend since high school is getting married! And I had the privilege to take her engagement photos. I was super excited to capture such a lovely couple. Here’s a preview~

It’s amazing how people come into our lives and a something beautiful blossoms. My friend and previous co-worker is expecting and I couldn’t be happier for her. I took some maternity photos for her; I wanted this session to be special especially as this is her first pregnancy. I just found this shot in particular to be stunning, theres no doubt that her glow radiates.

A couple pics from a previous session that I took.

Here’s a summer dessert from yesterday’s shoot. Mint chocolate Verrine.

So I’ve been terribly lacking in photos. This is a dessert shoot I took awhile back. I love the simplicity and clean look of the desserts.

This is a long overdue post but here it goes~ Couple of weeks ago my church did a live recording. This one of the shots that I got of one of my friends. There’s lots of meaning that goes behind this pic. For one, my friend had hadn’t played his cello regularly before attending our young adults group, and through the encouragement of everyone else he decided to play again. Seeing him play for this event was a sweet moment. His wife and I had known each other for years, and yet we never really knew each other until I invited them to one of other events. Beautiful talent should never go unnoticed. During that month I was really contemplating on leaving photography. I was asked to help out for this event and I did. As I looked back at this photo it reminded me that its not about me, its about capturing moments/stories like these, and who better to capture them ~
